Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to monitor studies across Poland, Hungary, the UK, France, and Germany. The role supports a fast-paced, quality-focused CRO environment with potential for home-based work, especially within Poland.

You will lead site activities, ensure compliance, and collaborate with sponsors and study teams, including mentoring junior staff and engaging in client-facing activities.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience required.
• Holder of CRA certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience in CRO/pharma/biotech/medical device.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and own progress of clinical studies at investigative sites per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP and applicable regs.
• Coordinate study setup and monitoring activities (identify investigators, regulatory submissions, site visits, etc.).
• Interact with clients, initiate payments, and participate in proposals and client presentations; train/mentor junior staff.
