Job summary

Indero is seeking a Project Manager to lead clinical research projects from initiation to closure. The role requires ensuring budget, scope and timelines are met in compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.

You will work under supervision, planning resources and communicating with sponsors and internal teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in clinical project management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• GCP and ICH standards knowledge, FDA and Canadian regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for the Sponsor, vendors and internal team throughout the study.
• Coordinates tasks and deadlines between the different departments involved in the project.
• Oversees prioritization of site activation activities among team members.
• Interacts with vendor management to ensure timely supplies and services for site activation.
