Job summary

Timebox Pro is seeking a polished Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for a part-time, on-demand role. You will be the face of Timebox Pro to key client partners, meeting face-to-face or virtually to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.

Based in or near Parsippany, NJ, you will travel locally for in-person meetings as needed and partner with executives and project teams to translate feedback into action.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Based in or near Parsippany, NJ, with ability to travel locally for in-person meetings.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, comfortable presenting to C-suite and collaborating with technical teams.
• Active listening to uncover client needs and translate into actionable insights.
• Flexible, on-demand schedule aligned with client milestones.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary, high-touch point for designated client partners during key touchpoints.
• Represent Timebox Pro’s values, services, and commitment to excellence in all client interactions.
• Conduct on-demand meetings (in-person in Parsippany, NJ or via video conference) to check on project health and client satisfaction.
