Job summary

Paralucent is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to bridge production support, business teams, and technical delivery. You will turn Tier 2 issues and change requests into clear, actionable requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure fast, reliable fixes across a mixed portfolio of vendor-supported SaaS and custom .NET/Microsoft SharePoint applications.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or consulting.

Responsibilities

Own Tier 2 intake and clarification: analyze incidents and requests, confirm scope, perform triage/reproduction, and document requirements.
Translate needs into delivery-ready artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Support release execution by coordinating with development and QA to validate scope and gather UAT inputs.
Facilitate stakeholder and vendor coordination to align fixes and updates across SaaS vendors and custom apps.
Develop lightweight runbooks, FAQs, and knowledge articles to reduce repeat incidents.
Apply data-driven analysis to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
