The role emphasizes strong communication, data analysis with Excel/SQL, and effective stakeholder management to turn ambiguity into actionable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of BA/Analyst experience in enterprise apps.
• Proficient in requirements elicitation, stakeholder facilitation, process mapping, and traceability.
• Hands-on with Jira, Azure Boards, Confluence; Visio/Lucidchart.
• Strong Excel and SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to uncover objectives and constraints.
• Document epics, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Create process maps and data-flow diagrams using Visio or Lucidchart.
• Refine backlog with product and engineering for evidence-based decisions.
• Coordinate UAT and assist in targeted testing to validate requirements.
