Visa Hunt is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Senior Consultant to drive end-to-end supply chain growth, presales, and client discovery. You will translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions and lead cross-functional collaboration across IT, data, and delivery teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on business analysis, process mapping, and solution design in areas like planning, logistics, and ERP transformations, with a modern, analytics-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or supply chain transformations.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Experience leading client-facing consulting engagements with data analytics or AI elements.
• Experience in presales, RFP responses, solution presentations, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end presales activities for supply chain transformation and tech engagements.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and future-state process design.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and solution architects to develop client proposals.
• Create client-facing presentations and executive-ready materials.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and analytics requirements for visibility and decision making.
• Support UAT planning, testing, and business validation.
