Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Benefits Administration Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. You will execute end-to-end administration, governance, and regulatory compliance for international benefit plans across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.

You will collaborate with external benefit vendors, the Benefits Center of Excellence, and regional HR teams to monitor vendor performance, manage billing, and resolve escalations while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Progressive international benefits administration experience in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.
• Strong knowledge of complex data set analysis, census file management, and HR platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow.
• Proven ability in problem-solving, organizational agility, and continuous process improvement within a matrixed corporate environment.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end administration for benefit plans—including vendor implementation, annual open enrollments, billing processing, and routine data quality assurance.
• Collaborate with external benefit vendors, the Benefits Center of Excellence, Total Rewards peers, and regional HR teams to monitor vendor performance, manage billing, and resolve escalations.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and paid-time-off programs by maintaining an updated compliance matrix and audit-ready documentation across the region.
