Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Benefit Analyst to join our Global Benefits team. You will support financial oversight, data collection, and performance tracking of our international benefit plans, maintaining forecasting models and building dynamic reporting packages.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams and the Benefits COE to deliver financial insights, monitor cost trends, and ensure data integrity across markets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Benefits Finance, HR Analytics, or Data Analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS) with large datasets.
• Familiarity with Workday or standard financial tracking software is a plus.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and high attention to data accuracy.
• Fluent professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Global Financial Oversight: support and maintain financial tracking tools and forecasting models across regional teams.
• Data Consolidation & Analysis: aggregate global data for pooled financing, monitor KPIs and track cost trends.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: partner with the Benefits COE and administration teams to deliver financial insights and track savings initiatives.
• Reporting & Dashboards: prepare periodic reports, update global dashboards, and perform ad-hoc analyses for executives.
