Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Benefit Analyst to join our Global Benefits team. You will support financial oversight, data collection, and performance tracking of our international benefit plans, maintaining forecasting models and building dynamic reporting packages.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams and the Benefits COE to deliver financial insights, monitor cost trends, and ensure data integrity across markets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Benefits Finance, HR Analytics, or Data Analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS) with large datasets.
• Familiarity with Workday or standard financial tracking software is a plus.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and high attention to data accuracy.
• Fluent professional English communication.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

Reporting to the Director, Financials & Performance, you'll play a critical role in supporting the financial management, data collection, and performance tracking of our global benefit plans. You will maintain forecasting models, build dynamic reporting packages, and collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams to ensure global alignment and data integrity.

What You'll Do

• Global Financial Oversight: Support and maintain financial tracking tools and basic forecasting models across regional teams.
• Data Consolidation & Analysis: Aggregate global data for pooled financing arrangements, monitor key performance metrics, and track cost trends.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with the Benefits Center of Excellence (COE) and administration teams to deliver financial insights and track savings initiatives.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare periodic reporting packages, update global performance dashboards, and conduct ad-hoc financial analyses for executive leadership.

What You Bring:

• Background: 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Benefits Finance, HR Analytics, or Data Analytics.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS) with proven experience manipulating and cleaning large datasets and census files.
• Software Experience: Familiarity with Workday or standard financial tracking software is a plus.
• Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, high attention to data accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and fluent professional English communication.
