Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related field.
• Eligibility for licensure/registration where required by law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client information systems.
• Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Polish.
• Experience in multicultural or international environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and chat support by conducting comprehensive clinical intakes and referring clients to appropriate resources.
• Conduct client assessments and apply coaching methodologies to develop tailored health and well-being strategies.
• Ensure adherence to departmental protocols, industry best practices, and client-specific requirements.
• Deliver services in a culturally competent, inclusive, and respectful manner.
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of client interactions in the database.
• Stay informed on emerging behavioral health trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
