Part-Time Mental Health Therapist (Hybrid - Remote and In-Person)

What You’ll Do
- Provide counseling to clients with benefits ranging from short‑term goal‑focused EAP to employer health plans allowing as many sessions as medically necessary.
- Treat adults who have completed brief, evidence‑based online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
- Preferably, be open to treating additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
- Maintain a calendar displaying availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within the scheduling system.
- Use evidence‑based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Collaborate with the dedicated provider support team, licensed clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team whenever assistance is needed.
- Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, and genders.
Who You Are
- Properly qualified (licensed, if applicable) to practice counseling in Poland (Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker, etc.). We are not able to accept applications from anyone requiring clinical supervision.
- Maintain active professional liability insurance at market rates in the jurisdiction of licensure.
- Have at least 3 years of independent clinical experience.
- Have access to a computer or laptop, are comfortable with technology, and tele‑health competent.
- Available to offer some amount of monthly in‑person availability for Spring Health members in Wroclaw.
- Have training and experience in evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
- Comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations with higher client risks.
- Committed to quality clinical care and eager to expand capabilities and increase effectiveness by staying informed of client progress.
- Prefer independent work, but enjoy team support and opportunities for collaboration with other providers and master’s level clinical care navigators.
