Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Polish-speaking mental health therapist to join our provider network on a part-time basis in Poland. You will deliver care through a tech-enabled platform, maintain client records, and coordinate with support teams to sustain high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes independent practice, evidence-based treatment such as CBT/DBT/EMDR/ACT/CPT, and flexibility to work with adults (and possibly other groups) within a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice counseling in Poland.
• Active professional liability insurance in country of licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• Comfort with technology and telehealth.
• Training in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT).
• Ability to provide safety planning during high-risk situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to clients with short-term or ongoing sessions under employer health plans.
• Treat adults identified via online screenings and diagnose areas of concern.
• Option to treat additional populations (children, adolescents, couples, families).
• Maintain a calendar of availability and document sessions timely in the scheduling system.
• Use evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with provider support and care navigation teams for assistance.
