Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Part-Time Mental Health Therapist for a hybrid role (remote and in-person) based in Wroclaw, Poland. You will provide counseling across EAP and employer health plans, focusing on adults identified through screenings, with potential to treat additional populations.

Applicants should hold a Polish counseling license, maintain liability insurance, and have at least 3 years of independent clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice counseling in Poland.
• Active professional liability insurance.
• Minimum 3 years independent clinical experience.
• Tele-health competent and tech-savvy.
• Monthly in-person availability for Spring Health members in Wroclaw.
• Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to clients with benefits ranging from short-term goal-focused EAP to employer health plans.
• Treat adults identified via brief online screenings.
• Be open to treating additional populations (children, adolescents, couples, or families).
• Maintain calendar availability and complete session documentation timely.
• Use evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with provider support and care navigation teams as needed.
• Provide culturally competent and empathetic care upholding diversity and inclusion.
