Job summary

Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is expanding its international recruitment business in Poland. We seek a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow the client portfolio, secure long-term partnerships, and drive regional expansion while reporting to the CEO.

You will identify opportunities across Poland, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and collaborate with local and international teams to deliver outstanding client solutions and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development or sales roles.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships with decision-makers.
• Comfortable working with cross-border teams and complex cycles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Polish market.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and propose recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure excellent client delivery.
• Grow and maintain existing client portfolios.
