Job summary

Svitla Systems, Inc. is seeking an AxiomSL Developer for a full-time role based in Europe. You will lead regulatory reporting implementation projects and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure quality and timely execution.

Responsibilities include coordinating planning across multiple workstreams, defining scope with project managers, and adapting delivery plans to evolving regulations to support global growth and client success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, business or a related field.
2+ years of experience delivering FinTech or regulatory reporting solutions.
Background working in banking or financial services with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of regulatory reporting implementation projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
Coordinate planning, priorities, and progress across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
Partner with project managers and delivery teams to define scope, manage timelines, and drive execution.
Adapt delivery plans in response to evolving regulations, resource changes, or client requirements.
