You will report to the project lead, play a critical role in delivering regulatory reporting solutions, enhancing client experiences, and enabling global growth. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience delivering FinTech or regulatory reporting solutions.
• Background working in banking or financial services with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Will be a plus

• IT-related background gained through formal education or hands-on experience.
• Experience coordinating delivery activities or leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with financial regulations across European markets.
