The team operates in a hybrid model with two days per week at the Krakow office and requires strong English communication, solid documentation skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of proven support in a complex application environment.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket queue to resolve incidents and perform operational tasks.
• Support configuration, maintenance, and administration of software.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles for supported applications.
• Create documentation for procedures and systems.
• Support patches and deployments and manage user access to applications.
• Collaborate with Tools and Applications and IT teams.
• Adhere to policies and standard processes.
• Evening work for projects and on-call support.
