Qualifications

• Background in video editing, motion design, or art direction.

• Ability to produce across formats and channels.

Responsibilities

• Generate and art direct assets across formats using AI image, video, and motion tools.
• Run playable ad generator - concepting mechanics, reviewing output, shipping network variants.
• Maintain quality across a high volume of creative - know when it’s ready or needs another pass.
• Stay sharp on what’s working - feed performance signals back into creative decisions.
