Simple App in Poland seeks a Motion Designer for Creative Production to blend AI-generated footage with compelling motion graphics in short videos up to 2 minutes for paid user acquisition across Meta, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.

You will collaborate with the marketing team, analyze ad performance, and stay ahead of global trends in digital space. Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and AI tools will help you excel in a fast-paced agile environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of work experience in a similar role.
Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Solid understanding of composition, typography, and pacing.
Experience with AI tools for creative production (image/video generation, voiceover, animation, or editing automation).
Basic knowledge of performance marketing and ability to create visuals that clearly communicate a marketing message.
Modular editing approach: building blocks, iterative remixing for results.
Creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
Attention to detail, time management, and self-organization.
Basic skills in Figma.
