Job summary

Reppls, an AI-native consulting and product development company, is expanding its technology consulting practice to help clients turn AI ideas into production-scale outcomes.

As a Technology Consultant, you will assess client products and engineering landscapes, identify opportunities to boost revenue and efficiency, build investment cases for executives, evaluate architecture and delivery processes, and guide pilots toward enterprise production with practical, measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with hands-on production development.
• Strong background in software architecture, distributed systems, data platforms, integration, scalability, and reliability.
• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into real production environments.
• Ability to lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews with executives and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical skills to structure ambiguous business problems into clear technical decisions.
• Experience creating executive-ready documentation, including business cases, roadmaps, and architecture decision records.
• Technical due diligence experience, including current-state assessments, target-state planning, gap analysis, and risk evaluation.
• Strong commercial understanding, including project scoping, budgeting, vendor evaluation, and build-vs-buy analysis.
• Ability to diagnose engineering delivery challenges and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences.
• Hands-on coding experience to validate ideas through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Assess client products, engineering organizations, and technology landscapes.
• Identify where AI can improve revenue, efficiency, delivery speed, or reduce operational risk.
• Quantify business opportunities and build investment cases for executive stakeholders.
• Evaluate software architecture, engineering practices, and delivery processes.
• Recommend and drive architectural improvements that increase scalability, reliability, and engineering effectiveness.
• Build proofs of concept, technical prototypes, and reference implementations.
• Help clients transition successful pilots into production systems.
• Improve engineering delivery processes through practical, outcome-focused recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout complex technology transformation initiatives.
