Job summary

Creatio is seeking an AI Consultant to help enterprises identify, design, and launch high-value AI agents with measurable outcomes. You will sit at the intersection of business consulting, AI strategy, and solution design, guiding customers to adopt AI and scale ROI.

You will collaborate with AI engineers, product, solution engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure agents are deployed effectively. Fluency in English and experience with enterprise customers are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution consulting or similar customer-facing roles.
• Hands-on designing or launching AI-powered solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into designs.
• Experience with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to develop AI adoption roadmaps.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases based on business impact and feasibility.
• Translate business problems into solution concepts and implementation proposals.
• Design AI agent solutions and redesign workflows around them.
• Define how AI agents integrate with enterprise systems—CRM, ERP, SaaS apps, APIs.
• Prepare agent specifications and solution documentation for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams across pre-sales, implementation, and adoption.
• Support customer presentations and executive discussions on AI strategy.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and best practices.
