Alignerr is seeking AI Training Specialists for a fully remote hourly contract. You will perform structured labeling and evaluation tasks to improve how AI systems learn and respond.

No prior AI experience is required; just sharp attention to detail and the ability to follow clear guidelines. You will assess AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats, applying rubrics to maintain consistency.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely and consistently.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time and workload.
• Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms.
• Strong written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured labeling, rating, and evaluation tasks that train AI systems to be more accurate and reliable.
• Assess AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats for quality and correctness.
• Apply detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistency across all tasks.
• Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality outputs using structured feedback tools.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
