Job summary

Casper Studios is an AI services firm hiring an AI Product Manager to turn strategy into deployed products for enterprise clients. You will own AI product builds from kickoff through iteration and act as the single client contact to keep programs on track.

The role targets ownership over multiple AI products, with background in consulting, finance, or AI-focused teams. Fully remote work with US-based clients and compensation aligned to location and seniority.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience running client engagements in fast-paced environments.
• Strong track record shipping thoughtful AI products or features.
• AI-native mindset; daily use of AI tools and primitives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Comfort with technical concepts and stakeholder needs.
• Ownership mentality and autonomous work style.
• Self-directed and excited by the pace of an early-stage firm.

Responsibilities

• Own one or two active client engagements as the single point of contact.
• Turn ambiguous client needs into clear requirements and a prioritized backlog.
• Run sprints, manage timelines, and adjust scope and resources.
• Set acceptance thresholds and an evaluation plan for AI work.
• Surface blockers early and propose a path forward.
• Direct the daily work of designers and engineers on your engagement.
• Collaborate with AI Strategists on handoffs and ongoing scoping.
• Deliver polished client materials and communications about plans and risks.
• Develop repeatable processes and scale AI insights across projects.
