Job description

Role Description: As an AI Project Lead, you will translate business challenges into AI use cases and develop actionable technical solutions. Collaborating on the development of an AI strategy that aligns with long-term organizational goals is key. You will be responsible for defining and overseeing the design of AI-driven solutions that effectively address business needs. Additionally, you will evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and frameworks that align with business objectives. Leading proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate AI solutions and demonstrate their potential impact will also be among your duties. As a leader, you manage the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and development to deployment and monitoring. You will also drive the exploration of innovative AI applications that can differentiate the organization in the market.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading AI initiatives focused on solving business challenges and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Preferred:

• Experience in strategic consulting, product management, or a similar role focused on AI or technology-driven innovation.
• Understanding of data governance, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on business impact.
