Job summary

Software Mind Poland is seeking an AI Engineer to work on cutting-edge AI and Generative AI solutions for international clients. You will prototype to production-grade deployments, focusing on LLM-powered apps, chatbots, and intelligent systems.

The role involves building RAG pipelines, optimizing prompts, and integrating AI models with cloud services. A strong emphasis is placed on responsible AI practices and English communication.

Qualifications

• Proven Python experience for AI app development.
• Hands-on with LLMs and Generative AI (OpenAI or open-source).
• Experience with production prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph or similar tools.
• Experience designing RAG architectures and vector DBs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies.
• Build RAG pipelines with vector databases.
• Integrate LLMs into cloud-based apps and APIs.
• Implement agent-based AI workflows and automation.
• Continuously research and apply new AI tools and models.
