Job summary

Thrive IT Systems in Warszawa seeks a skilled AI Software Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable Python-based applications and AI solutions. You will build and deploy ML/DL models for enterprise use cases and create RESTful APIs for AI integration.

You will work with LLMs, RAG frameworks and AI Agents, implementing MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring and governance while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven

Qualifications

• Design, develop and maintain scalable Python-based applications.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask or Django.
• Strong OO design patterns, data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch and Scikit-Learn.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics or recommender systems.
• Experience with LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini or similar.
• Generative AI, prompt engineering and AI agents.
• IaC with Terraform; SQL/NoSQL and data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable Python-based applications and AI solutions.
• Build and deploy ML/DL models for enterprise use cases.
• Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG frameworks and AI platforms.
• Create RESTful APIs and microservices for AI model integration.
• Finetune, evaluate and optimize AI/ML models for performance and scalability.
• Implement RAG, vector databases, embeddings and AI search solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Design MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring and governance.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise apps, cloud platforms and data sources.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, security, privacy and governance standards.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and technical design sessions.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.
