Job summary

Adroit People is seeking an AI Full Stack Developer for a contract role based in Poland, with remote work flexibility. The role spans backend, frontend, and integration work, emphasising distributed systems, reliability, and AI-assisted tooling to boost development velocity.

Responsibilities include building integrations, automations, and end-to-end features across UI and databases, while ensuring scalability and resilient design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Backend development experience with Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Frontend experience with React, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
• Strong SQL/database knowledge.
• Experience integrating systems through REST APIs, Webhooks, CI/CD concepts.
• Knowledge of AI-powered automation and coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations between internal platforms, third-party APIs, and AI/ML services.
• Design and implement automation workflows, including scheduled jobs and event-driven processes.
• Develop end-to-end product features across frontend UI and databases.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and clean system boundaries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues involving multiple dependent systems.
• Implement monitoring, retry mechanisms, and failure recovery strategies.
