You will define vision, shape strategy, and build an AI-powered experience that helps businesses create viral short-form videos for organic growth. You'll lead cross-functional teams, drive data-driven decisions, and scale features for subscriptions across web and mobile.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with leadership roles.
• Proven track record of scaling digital B2C products.
• Strong analytical skills; translate data into features.
• Experience with subscription-based products.
• Hands-on with product analytics and marketing analytics.
• Deep knowledge of marketing and product metrics.
• Experience running A/B tests.
• Proven results in retention and growth strategies.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage releases with close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• UI/UX design culture fit.
• Understanding of Jobs-To-Be-Done.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Responsibilities
