Job summary

Zeely Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer (Image & Video Generation) to build scalable generative pipelines for ads and marketing content. The role focuses on turning creative ideas into high-quality image and video outputs using stable, repeatable workflows.

You will prototype, test, and extend AI generation systems, while collaborating with Product, Creative, Content, and Engineering teams. Remote-first with offices in Warsaw and Kyiv.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Generative AI and AI automation.
• Practical understanding of image/video generation and multi-step workflows.
• Ability to build repeatable systems that can be tested, improved, and scaled.
• Experience integrating AI solutions via APIs, no-code/low-code tools, scripts, or other approaches.
• Strong prompt engineering and ability to judge visual quality of outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve generative pipelines for image and video creation.
• Build quick prototypes, demos, and internal tools to validate new approaches.
• Optimize image-to-video, text-to-video, and reference-based generation workflows.
• Work with UGC videos, product visuals, avatars, hooks, static ads, and other formats.
• Tune and control generation: quality, style consistency, product fidelity, and reference alignment.
• Diagnose quality bottlenecks: artifacts, instability, distortions, lighting, composition.
• Extend generative systems for new products, formats, and marketing scenarios.
• Research and test new image/video models, tools, and workflows; separate hype from value.
• Document workflow logic, prompts, parameters, model choices, experiments, and decisions for reproducibility.
