Job summary

INFUSE is seeking Senior AI Engineers to design, build and operate LLM-powered agents in production. You’ll work across the full lifecycle: scoping a use case with stakeholders, through architecture and development, to deployment, evaluation and ongoing improvement.

You’ll own end-to-end delivery, ship via CI/CD, and collaborate with business teams. Proficiency in Python/SQL, TypeScript/Node.js, AWS, and experience with MCP/RAG and multiple LLM providers is desired.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software/engineering experience with production systems.
• Experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows in production.
• Hands-on experience with MCP and RAG pipelines over real data.
• Experience with multiple LLM providers and AWS Bedrock.

Responsibilities

• Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows: tool use via MCP, structured outputs, retrieval, multi-step orchestration, human review steps where needed.
• Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers enabling agents to access company data and systems.
• Own quality and cost: evals, tokens, cost, latency, prompt/model versioning, failover.
• Ship through CI/CD with tests, evals, containerized deploys, observability.
• Contribute to shared platform: agent template, LLM gateway, observability.
• Work with stakeholders to scope/prioritize/use cases and validate them as needed.
• Daily use of agentic coding tools, verify outputs and catch mistakes.
