O-I is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Global CX Commercial Excellence Team. You will drive customer experience transformation by enhancing efficiency in commercial processes, leveraging automation, AI, data analytics, and advanced CRM tools.

Qualifications

Master's degree in engineering (AI, Computer Science, or Data Science).
1-3 years of experience in IT or data science.
Proficient in Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, IT, GBS) and external partners to align on technology, data, and process standards.
Design and implement automation solutions using AI to optimize commercial processes and drive efficiency.
