10x.team is seeking an experienced operations expert for a remote freelance role as an Operational Excellence Manager - AI Trainer. The position focuses on shaping AI-driven business processes with hands-on insight into operational excellence and change management.

You will review AI-generated outputs, propose realistic scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve accuracy and practicality, all within an 8–20 hour weekly commitment.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to operational excellence, business process improvement, change management, and practical aspects of operations work.
• Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements.
• Draft realistic operational scenarios based on your direct professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. operations consultant, client, team leader, process owner).
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated operational content.
• Explain in simple terms how to reflect true operational excellence reasoning in AI outputs.
