Qualifications
- Strong experience in AI/ML delivery, technical program management, or large-scale technology delivery.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple technical and business teams across programs.
- Experience establishing governance for delivery processes and metrics.
- Familiarity with AI governance and enterprise delivery standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of AI, ML and GenAI solutions across teams and units.
- Establish and govern CI/CD, MLOps and LLMOps delivery processes for production readiness.
- Drive scalability, performance optimization, monitoring and improvement of AI platforms.
- Coordinate engineering, architecture, security, compliance, data and business stakeholders, managing risks and releases.
- Define and track delivery KPIs and business value from pilots to production.
