Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or implementation leadership experience in enterprise software, data platforms, analytics, AI, or a comparable technical environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, customer-facing implementations involving distributed teams and multiple business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong judgment, initiative, communication, and customer-management skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and address performance or quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Delivery leadership: plan and manage work from discovery through implementation, validation, adoption, and transition.
• Solution quality: stay close to the product and use cases, inspect progress, test capabilities, and verify readiness.
• Proactive risk management: identify issues, dependencies, and delivery risks early; drive mitigation and escalation when needed.
• Delivery control and visibility: maintain clear, fact-based views of status, milestones, dependencies, risks, actions, and decisions through sessions, reviews, and customer feedback.
• Customer leadership: build trusted relationships, align stakeholders, demonstrate value, and identify opportunities to continue or expand the engagement.
• Standards and adaptive execution: follow established implementation standards and practices while tailoring delivery across pilots, implementations, and value-acceleration engagements.
• AI-enabled efficiency and knowledge sharing: use AI tools to improve delivery efficiency, planning, analysis, documentation, and communication.
