Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Head of Automation Engineering to serve as the senior technical leader, driving a scalable automation platform for multi-client, AI-enabled campaigns. You will own architecture, tooling, and delivery, while mentoring a growing team in a fast-moving environment.

The role blends hands-on engineering with strategic leadership, ensuring robust, maintainable systems across client projects and internal products.

Qualifications

• Deep production-level experience with n8n automation architecture and workflow design.
• Strong full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, including Node.js backends and modern frontend frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams while remaining hands-on in production code.
• Experience building AI-powered systems using LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar) in real-world environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the n8n automation ecosystem, including workflow architecture, orchestration, monitoring and performance optimization.
• Architect multi-client automation systems across ICPs, channels, and campaigns.
• Design integration layer connecting Clay, Airtable, HubSpot, Slack and outbound tools.
• Build robust monitoring, error handling, alerting and self-healing in automation pipelines.
• Lead internal platforms/tools to transform operations into scalable software products.
