Evotym is seeking an experienced AI/ML-focused software architect to turn AI ideas into production-grade platforms. You will define the architecture and roadmap for LLM-powered solutions, including agents, RAG and automated workflows, using modern cloud infrastructure, Docker and Kubernetes.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product and Security to deliver measurable business impact, balancing quality, scalability, latency and cost while navigating fintech requirements and data governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with architecture or technical leadership.
• Proven experience deploying production-grade AI/LLM-powered systems.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings and vector search.
• Experience with AI agents, tool calling and workflow orchestration.
• Backend architecture skills including distributed systems, microservices and APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes and modern infrastructure.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, monitoring, security, privacy and data governance.
• Ability to balance solution quality, scalability, latency and cost.

Responsabilités

• Define the AI architecture and technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Design and implement scalable AI and LLM-powered solutions, including agents and automated workflows.
• Develop RAG architectures, semantic search and enterprise knowledge systems.
• Evaluate AI models, platforms and infrastructure for performance, security and cost.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing APIs, backend systems and microservices.
• Establish standards for AI evaluation, monitoring, observability and security.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Security to deliver measurable business impact.
• Guide AI initiatives from proof of concept to production and promote engineering best practices.
