Job summary

DAC.digital Group is seeking a motivated machine learning professional to work on multi-agentic platforms for industry. The role focuses on implementing AI agents, RAG-based solutions, and building tooling within a Python codebase, with an emphasis on NLP and cutting-edge ML models.

Remote or on-site in Gdańsk are available under a B2B contract, with net salaries of 16k–20k PLN or 14k–17.5k PLN monthly depending on terms. Strong English (B2+) is required.

Qualifications

• experience implementing commercial projects in AI/ML.
• strong overview of state-of-the-art ML models and NLP knowledge.
• English at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Implement AI agents and tests for these agents, and evaluate their performance.
• Build tools for agents and write tests for the tools.
• Integrate agents within a multi-agent ecosystem.
• Develop Python codebase related work.
• Integrate agents with external tools and services.
