Job summary

RITS ищет старшего инженера по Искуственному интеллекту для разработки и внедрения решений на основе LLM и GenAI. Ваша задача — проектировать архитектуры RAG, строить агентные системы и интегрировать AI-решения с бизнес-системами.

Работа предполагает участие в проектах на стыке аналитики, BI и ERP. Требуется не менее 5 лет опыта в ML/AI, знание Python и современных фреймворков, а также опыт развёртывания решений в продакшн и в векторных базах данных.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы в ML/AI не менее 5 лет.
• Участие в как минимум 2 проектах ML/AI.
• Коммерческий опыт работы с LLM/AI и созданием приложений на их основе.
• Практический опыт проектирования и внедрения RAG-решений.
• Опыт развёртывания AI-систем в продакшн.
• Хорошее знание Python и фреймворков PyTorch/TensorFlow.

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced solutions based on artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), and agent systems.

Задачи:

• Designing, developing, and implementing applications using LLMs and GenAI technologies.
• Designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture.
• Building, developing, and maintaining agent systems, including defining agent roles, managing memory, and controlling costs, performance, and security.
• Integrating AI solutions with existing business systems, databases, and APIs.
• Optimizing models and AI solutions for performance, scalability, and cost.
• Deploying AI models in cloud and on-premises environments, including on GPU infrastructure.
• Developing MLOps processes, automating pipelines, and implementing CI/CD practices.
• Designing and maintaining workflows in n8n and integrations for business process automation.
• Analyzing and processing large datasets and integrating AI with BI and ERP systems.
• Verifying the quality and effectiveness of models, conducting audits, and recommending directions for the development of AI solutions.
• Supporting technical teams through mentoring, workshops, and knowledge transfer.

Требования:

• At least 5 years of experience in Machine Learning or AI.
• Participation in at least 2 Machine Learning/AI projects.
• Commercial experience working with LLM/AI systems, particularly building applications based on large language models.
• Practical experience designing and implementing RAG solutions.
• Experience deploying AI systems in production.
• Very good knowledge of Python and ML libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience working with vLLM, particularly in on-premises GPU environments.
• Practical knowledge of Elasticsearch.
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL) and vector databases, such as Milvus or Qdrant.
• Knowledge of neural network architecture, Transformer models, and techniques for training and fine-tuning GenAI models.
• Experience building, optimizing, and deploying AI models in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of MLOps, ML process automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing and maintaining distributed agent systems, taking into account security, memory management, costs, and performance.
• Practical knowledge of n8n, including workflow design, API integrations, and data processing.
• Ability to perform analytical modeling and forecasting, and interpret model results.
• Experience processing large datasets and integrating AI solutions with business systems.
• Knowledge of AI security and ethics, as well as regulations such as the AI Act and GDPR.
• Ability to audit AI models, report results, and formulate recommendations.
• Experience mentoring, conducting workshops, or sharing AI knowledge.
• Будет плюсом: Experience in large-scale business AI projects; Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate certification or equivalent; Experience developing and maintaining AI solutions operating in production environments with high performance, security, and scalability requirements
