Job summary

SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA in Warsaw is seeking a Regulatory Risk Specialist to support Corporate & Investment Banking regulatory initiatives. You will work with stakeholders across functions and geographies to drive transformation, improve processes, and ensure compliant operations globally.

Responsibilities include executing regulatory controls, monitoring obligations, sanctions governance, and supporting audits and continuity frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Regulatory Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, Financial Crime, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Sanctions & Embargoes requirements, regulatory controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Interest in developing project management skills and contributing to transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a strong asset.

• Supporting audits, governance forums, and regulatory initiatives.
• Acting as the primary contact for assigned regulatory topics and coordinating with onshore and offshore stakeholders.
• Building strong partnerships to support regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
• Driving process improvements, standardization, automation, and transformation initiatives.
