Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Third Party Risk Reporting - Associate within the CTPO Operations Enablement team. You will lead regulatory submissions and data governance efforts, coordinating with technology and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting to regulators and auditors.

You will focus on data feeds, submission timing, data integrity, and driving improvements across JPMC legal entities. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis skills interpreting reporting requirements from regulations.
• Draft clear technical specs for Technology teams.
• Coordinate UAT testing of systems and reports to specs.
• Reconcile large data sets across reports and present gaps to stakeholders.
• Maintain data governance controls and data submission procedures.
• Proactive in improving regulatory reporting framework across entities.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret regulatory requirements and align internal processes accordingly.
• Document technical specifications for Technology teams.
• Coordinate with technology teams to document and test regulatory reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission to regulators and auditors.
• Maintain documentation on data feeds, controls, and submission procedures.
• Develop controls with tech partners to ensure data accuracy and integrity in submissions.
• Identify and implement improvements in the reporting framework across entities.
• Collaborate with CTPO Reporting Utility teams across Europe, UK, and globally.
