J.P. Morgan seeks an Associate in CTPO EMEA Regional Operations to strengthen supplier governance and risk management across the region. You will support reporting, documentation, and risk mitigation activities with regional and global stakeholders.

You will drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture that empowers you to grow and make a meaningful impact.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services or related industries.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and ownership of issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact independently with business partners.
• Ability to deliver independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated record of process improvements and critical thinking.
• Practical knowledge of automation solutions and workflow tools (such as Alteryx, UiPath)

Aufgaben

• Prepare reporting documentation and Forum materials, and execute post-Forum activities
• Manage stakeholder queries efficiently and professionally
• Support outsourcing engagements in line with regulatory guidelines
• Prepare and report process performance metrics
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency
• Assist with management of outsourced services, including performance monitoring and issue management
• Support risk mitigation and control remediation programs for Supplier Governance and Oversight
• Escalate and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Provide support to key stakeholders to enhance collaboration within the oversight model
