Job summary

J.P. Morgan seeks an Associate in CTPO EMEA Regional Operations to strengthen supplier governance and risk management across the region. You will support reporting, documentation, and risk mitigation activities with regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services or related industries.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Prepare reporting documentation and Forum materials, and execute post-Forum activities
• Manage stakeholder queries efficiently and professionally
• Support outsourcing engagements in line with regulatory guidelines
• Prepare and report process performance metrics
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency
• Assist with management of outsourced services, including performance monitoring and issue management
• Support risk mitigation and control remediation programs for Supplier Governance and Oversight
• Escalate and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Provide support to key stakeholders to enhance collaboration within the oversight model

You will support reporting, documentation, and risk mitigation activities, working closely with regional and global stakeholders. You will help maintain supplier governance standards, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
