Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Warsaw is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Senior Analyst to join the Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting team. The role focuses on accurate, timely non-financial regulatory submissions across Issuer Services, Custody, and Funds, while monitoring regulatory developments and data integrity.

You will collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology to gather data, resolve queries, and support audits.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in securities services, cash and trade operations, regulatory reporting, or a closely related financial services role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent command of English; strong reporting and data management skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and submit non-financial regulatory reports across Issuer Services, Custody, and Funds business lines, ensuring accuracy and adherence to submission deadlines.
• Track regulatory developments and evaluate their impact on existing reporting obligations, supporting interpretation and implementation of new or amended requirements.
• Collect, validate, and reconcile data from multiple internal systems, performing root cause analysis on discrepancies and escalating issues where required.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for all regulatory submissions, including data lineage and supporting evidence to underpin governance and control frameworks.
• Liaise with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology teams to gather required reporting data, resolve queries, and support internal and external audit processes.
• Identify and contribute to process improvements that enhance reporting efficiency, strengthen data controls, and support automation and technology-driven solutions.
