Job summary

Citi in Warsaw is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst for the Services Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) Team. You will prepare and submit non-financial regulatory reports, validate data, perform reconciliations, and support regulatory changes and automation initiatives.

Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Compliance and Risk to ensure accuracy and timely submissions. Strong SQL, Power BI/Tableau and Excel skills, plus English communication, are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau or automation and AI-powered tools.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, operations, regulatory reporting, data analysis or related areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight reporting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting, payments or AML-related processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit non-financial regulatory reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliations, quality checks and post-submission controls to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in regulatory change implementation, process enhancements and automation initiatives.
  • Support testing activities related to system, regulatory or process changes.
  • Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes and support issue resolution.
  • Maintain procedural documentation and reporting evidence in line with Citi standards and audit requirements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Compliance and Business teams to support reporting delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, standardization and risk reduction.

Job description

Join Citi's Services Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) Team in Warsaw and become part of a global organization responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submissions to regulatory authorities across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk and Business partners, you will help deliver critical regulatory reporting processes while contributing to ongoing automation and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
