Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to ensure accurate, timely EU regulatory submissions. You will prepare, validate, and submit reports to EU authorities while supporting regulatory change initiatives and governance over reporting processes.

You will deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports, perform data validation and reconciliations, support audits, and maintain strong client and internal relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Professional accounting qualification and/or Master’s degree.
• Solid understanding of EU financial regulations.
• Fluent English.
• Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant EU authorities.
• Deliver recurring and ad-hoc regulatory reports in line with EU regulations.
• Perform data validation, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure accuracy.
• Support regulatory reviews, audits, and supervisory requests.
• Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure on-time submissions.
• Develop and build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
• Manage client onboarding and implementation of new business projects.
• Evaluate current methods and strategies and propose improvements.
• Communicate and implement changes to reporting processes.
