You will collaborate with Product, Tech and Growth to advise on regulatory changes, review customer communications, and oversee post-launch compliance reviews while maintaining delivery velocity and consumer protection.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience in financial services or crypto.
• Ability to translate complex regulation into practical product requirements.
• Experience collaborating with product, tech and growth teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Tech and Growth to advise on crypto and consumer regulations.
• Oversee yield, DeFi, and derivative products within regulatory frameworks.
• Support new product approvals, launches and rollouts for crypto features.
• Review and approve customer communications and marketing materials.
• Own post-launch product reviews and ensure regulatory decisions are documented.
• Translate evolving regulation into actionable, product-ready requirements.
• Conduct horizon-scanning and support BAU compliance activities (KRIs, BCIs).
• Propose pragmatic, compliant solutions that protect consumers while enabling velocity.
