Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a data-driven professional to support the GSK Labelling function across Global Regulatory Affairs. The role focuses on data collection, analysis, and reporting to monitor labelling activities and drive continuous improvement through dashboards and insights.

You will collaborate with international colleagues, develop and train on systems, and present key metrics to stakeholders, shaping data-driven decision making in a hybrid office setting in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or life sciences or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry, life sciences, regulatory operations, or labelling.
• Experience in regulated or quality-critical environments.
• Strong data reporting, analysis, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to collate and report performance measures with appropriate tools.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to management.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and timelines.
• Experience with data visualization and data mining.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection and analysis of performance and compliance data; report dissemination.
• Support development, maintenance, and use of standards to improve quality and efficiency.
• Lead multiple projects at various development stages.
• Support labelling systems and processes per GSK policies.
• Create dynamic dashboards to communicate KPIs, resource tracking, and forecasting.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions.
• Develop, communicate, and train on systems and tools within GSK Labelling.
