Qualifications

Masters of Life Sciences with 10+ years in labeling/regulatory affairs.
Bachelor of Life Sciences with 15+ years in labeling/regulatory experience.
Experience with at least one NME submission or extension of indication.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Global Labeling Strategists, primarily supporting the Marketed Product Portfolio.
Contribute to building and executing the Global Labeling Strategy and Vision as part of the Leadership team.
Act as a strategic voice for Global Labeling and ensure cross-functional alignment across programs and teams.
Provide leadership and development for direct reports, facilitating knowledge sharing and succession planning.
Drive labeling modernization through digital labeling, structured content, data-driven processes and AI-enabled solutions.
