Job summary
GlaxoSmithKline in Poland seeks a Data Analytics & AI specialist to transform R&D master data into proactive insights. You will lead data preparation, shape dashboards, and support predictive modeling in a hybrid on-site role.
Use Python, PySpark, SQL and Power BI to deliver dashboards that monitor data quality, SLAs, and bottlenecks for the E2E Stewardship Hub, enabling faster data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or Life Sciences with quantitative focus.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, BI development or data engineering.
- Expert knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Python, PySpark and SQL programming.
- Fluent English; ability to translate scientific data to actionable visuals.
Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Preparation: use Python/PySpark and SQL to extract, clean and structure R&D master data.
- Power BI Development: design and deploy interactive dashboards with DAX and Python for performance monitoring.
- AI Development & Deployment: support feature engineering and dataset preparation for predictive models.
- Compliance & Data Governance: ensure adherence to governance policies and GxP standards.
