Job summary

GSK is seeking a data-driven professional to join the Labelling team, focusing on performance and regulatory compliance data analysis. You will design, manage and communicate dashboards to stakeholders, supporting global regulatory affairs and partner collaboration.

The role emphasizes data visualization, process standardization, and proactive improvements, with hybrid work arrangements and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in business, life sciences or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry, life sciences regulatory operations or compliance.
• Proven data reporting, analysis and follow-up capabilities.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection and analysis of performance and compliance data, with report dissemination and follow-up across global, regional, and local levels.
• Support development, maintenance and use of standards and processes to maximize quality and efficiency of continuous improvements.
• Demonstrated project leadership across multiple projects at various stages of development.
• Support labelling systems and processes per GSK policies and procedures.
• Leverage data visualization to create dashboards and provide insights on KPIs, resource tracking, compliance, and forecasting.
• Identify areas for improvement with business services and propose data-driven solutions.
